Luana Collective is a curated selection of timeless pieces we love — ethically handmade by women in Bali and Morocco. We are rooted in community, sustainability, and conscious creation, offering designs crafted with love from natural and upcycled materials.

Production & Materials
Where are Luana Collective pieces produced?
Our clothing collection is lovingly handmade in Bali, using sustainable and natural materials, crafted with care by local women to ensure each piece feels as special as the place it comes from.
Our Bali Bag Collection is produced in Java and Bali, Indonesia, and handcrafted by stay-at-home mums and skilled artisans. After production, all items are shipped to our warehouse in Uluwatu, Bali.
Our Moroccan Bag Collection is made in Marrakesh, Morocco, by local artisans. Once produced, all items are shipped to our warehouse in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our collections, the cost reflects the artisanal work and the support for local communities in our production countries.
What materials are used for Luana Collective products?
Our collections are crafted from natural, organic, and upcycled materials, including linen, organic cotton, and firm cotton crochet rope. We carefully select each material with respect for the planet and the communities we work with.
Are all pieces handmade?
Yes, every Luana Collective piece is handmade by skilled artisans. Because of the artisanal process, slight variations in texture, colour, or finish may occur — making each item truly one-of-a-kind.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship overseas?
Luana Collective operates two warehouses: one in Indonesia and one in the Netherlands.
From our Bali warehouse, we ship within Bali. At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping from this location.
From our Amsterdam warehouse, we offer worldwide shipping, as well as domestic shipping within the Netherlands.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.
Orders & Pre-orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@luanacollective.com. We’ll do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I pre-order items that are out of stock?
Sometimes we offer pre-orders for certain collections. If a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page. If not, feel free to sign up for our newsletter to stay updated about restocks and new launches.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached. For more details, please refer to our full Return Policy.
Can I return sale items?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty. Please choose carefully when purchasing discounted items.
